I hate dealing with Metro express lane. the customer service is rude, i feel like they are being paid to be rude to customer. And what's worse, they don't even know anything about their own freaking policy. I hope they went down the drain someday. NO MORE!!!

Customer service on phones is terrible, customer service in person a little better but still unqualified to do the work that they need to do... seem to be Robots that spew out the same thing telling you that they could not go past 30 days when your problem had begun 40 days ago and unwilling to help even if account was $40 over balance ($90.) and you drive a natural gas car they still charged before March when they weren't supposed to...!!!

No is two dollars for parking all day and the pay machines accept cash that's how I pay .
You can take the 910/950 and stop at 1st St and Hill and then take the Metro Red Line rail to Vermont & Sunset
You can return it in Express Lanes the office is in El Monte Bus Station.
On the first level past the escalator
U still need the dmv stickers although some zero emissions come with them

You need a transponder but if you must use the lane the violation is not that much.... Check with them, but i think its only pocket change.
