These guys are great!!! I had a bad situation with another Metro store in Montebello where real long story short they programmed my account to the wrong phone. I came back to that store 45 minutes later and they refused to switch it to the one I wanted.So I had to call the Metro 1 800 number and they sent me to these guys, the El Monte location and I'm glad they did. The staff here was very helpful and understanding and great problem solvers. I 100% would recommend THIS location. It's sad to say not all location's offer there level of service.
