I highly recommend Koi Outlet. The owner is extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a UV Sterilizer from him. He took the time to take the product out of the box and showed me how to put it together. Great customer service. He even took it a step further by letting me know the benefits of changing a $7.00 item every two years to prevent damage to the system.
