Getting into room to see doc didn’t take too long. But once in the room it took 1.5 hours before doc came in.

If you need to use the urgent care, go down the hill. I came here when I got injured and was given terrible information. Now, I believe it is one of the contributing factors of why it's taking so long for my injury to heal. If it ever will. You trust doctors to give you the best information based on their years of experience/schooling, only to keep coming up short time and time again. Doesn't help that the vaccine requirements have left them scraping the bottom of the barrel. If I can help it, I'll be avoiding them whenever possible.

The doctor and nurses were shockingly rude, condescending, and literally wouldn't even let me finish explaining the medical issues I was experiencing. I had 4 issues I wanted to discuss (that I explained in detail in the notes), the doctor told me he hadn't read them, and said to "pick 2". The doctor called me about a diagnosis and made it sound VERY serious. I was freaking out about it until I learned from a 2nd opinion that my diagnosis is not even a big deal... not life threatening, very treatable, and hardly an inconvenience. Then why on earth did he call me with all this doom and gloom if it's not even a big deal? He caused me 2 full days of psychological and emotional distress for absolutely no reason at all.
