According to the events calendar on the website, there is a Stretch & Strength event held on Mondays at 4:45 and Yoga - Mindful Movement with the Breath ok Wednesdays at 9 and Learn how to practice mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from Dr. Miller of Bright Yoga. taught by Dr. Jennifer Miller For further information, I encourage you to contact the library directly.
