The Ramona sentinel has been around for a long time. Since around 1890 I believe. As I understand it, the sentinel is affiliated with the San Diego Tribune now. The Ramona people that they have at the sentinel do a great job on feel good stories and on keeping the history of Ramona relevant to the younger generation. I've been getting this paper for 20 years and never been disappointed yet.
