Yesterday June 16 2022. WE order online for pick up. We park in the parking spot for pick up. Wait in there for 15 mnts, Nobody came outside so my husband went inside And ask for our order. They told him They had an issue with the computer. If they see a car waiting in their spot for pickup why They didn't came up to us and ask an explain. No excuse they can say they didn't see us cause the parking spot is in front they can see us clearly. My star is for the food. Most of the time having issues with this places.👎👎👎👎👎👎

Bathrooms were not the cleanest. For a newer facility I expected better. I ordered French soup in a bread bowl with a bottle of water. I had to ask for the water. I had a very small amount of soup, smaller than I ever had. O cheese, no croutons…total let down!

I was so excited when they were building this location close to home. We've given this store SO many chances and we've never had a correct order through delivery, curbside, in store pick up, or drive through. Yes, we've tried them all. Attention to detail is sorely lacking, and employees seem not to care. One employee gave us half our order in the drive through and then just walked away and didn't return. We had to blow the horn to get someone to come back to the window and give us the dessert items we ordered. Perhaps you need to bump your starting wage in order to attract more competent employees and managers.

Very good meal! We ordered via their kiosk and our meals were quickly prepared. The portions were pretty big and all the food looked and tasted good. The Strawberry Salad was really good! Will definitely go back.
