Don't even bother calling the store. I was going to set up prints for my new Amazon store for my sailing channel on YouTube but since they can't be bothered to answer the phones after holding for over 30 minutes, being hanged up on and calling back with no answer I'm taking my business elsewhere, there's plenty of local companies that will appreciate the business. They need to just close this store apparently.

Worked here for 6 years as a manager in the good ol days. (And thank you to the very generous review on here that mentions me by name) The store isn’t what it used to be. Knowledgeable technicians have been gone since 2015 and the Staples company is owned by a private equity firm which just means the new executives are milking every last penny out of the company until it goes under. Tech work such as virus removal has been done remotely for the past 6 years. This store used to be open 8am to 9pm every day and they’ve recently cut their hours to 9am-6pm. Not looking good. We used to have 5 managers on duty which has seemingly been cut down to one or two. I’ve replaced price tags every weekend and the prices have only ever gone up. Even long-term employees for 10+ years are gone. Avoid at all costs. Buy hammermill paper from their website and HP printers directly from HP. There is no reason to shop here.

So i dont use staples very often but i had some work i needed printed out and heather was who helped me!! She was absolutely amazing and quick with everything i needed done!! She caught amy blemishes and reprinted them so they would be perfect!! Being a graphic designer who doesnt have big enough printers i would highly recommend this staples to any one!! Thanks again heather
