From purchase through installation, his attention to the details of our preferred design modifications and his responsiveness to our many requests were exemplary. With courtesy, speed and efficiency, David helped us achieve our expectations of quantity, quality and excellent storage. After viewing shed sizes and options at our local Home Depot, we began the process of designing our 8x12 Tuff Shed online. The process was easy, and David Santiago at the Ontario, CA location was very helpful. We had a little bit of time because we needed to have a concrete slab poured first. Once that was done, we contacted David and the installation was scheduled within a week. The two gentlemen who came out to do the installation were friendly, efficient, and professional, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Our Tuff Shed is now the centerpiece of my wife's garden and has provided both of us a convenient space in which to store all of our garden equipment. I would absolutely recommend Tuff Shed for those considering adding storage space to their yard!
