Always a good time at the local rdnnr Cafe. Great atmosphere all the time. Drinks are spot on and the ahi-tuna nachos are tasty as hell . Definitely a place to recommend for dinner or lunch or just having a drink . I love it!

Such lovely charming old town, wheelchair accessible, lots of restaurants and shopping, to spend an outings. Had happy hours at the La Quinta Brewery after the La Quinta Art Celebration (ranked #1 Fine Art & Craft Event in the Nation)

Cold Thai noodles. A delicious vegetarian option. Just a hint of sweetness with a little kick of heat. Asian chicken salad comes with two pieces of cheese bread 🍞 served warm. Happy hour in the bar starts at 3 to 6. They serve perfect little appetizers and beer and wine. Don't tell everyone about this place. It's a cute little place. Always hopping with delicious food and great service!"

A gem of a little local hideaway. Great restaurants, mountain views, parks, all walkable. Several street fairs year round.

They follow the cdc guidelines.
The street fair I have gone to near Palm Springs is not in La Quinta.
We found it very dog friendly. We sat on the deck of la Quinta brew pub, complete with dog water bowls, and 2-3 dogs on the patio.

It is mostly residential area with an old town feel and a marketplace with shops and restaurants all in within walking distance from one another.
They hold them until the end of June each year.
There is parking on 3 sides and some street parking within Old Town, too. It is more a village than what we think of as a mall. Grassy area, sidewalk cafes...
A open air market. Fun food and wine, a lot mingling and great place to relax.
