Here's the good thing about this post office. This post office is convenient and the staff is super friendly. There is plenty of parking and the drop boxes are convenient for dropping off mail while still being able to stay in the car. Here's where they could use some attention. This post office is not always fully stocked. Many times they run out of stamps, padded priority mail envelopes, and other items. Additionally, it could use a deep cleaning. It's dusty, the floors are dirty, and the supply area has always been a mess when I visited. While I'm sure that the staff tries hard, I think upper management could spend some time giving this location a little attention to make it into a much nicer little post office to visit.

This is the only post office that doesn’t have their number listed. There was one up which was the wrong number or a disconnected recording. I have numerous packages that never got delivered without reason where I have had to make numerous complaints to the United States Postal Service. I have no idea what the problem is there but this is the worst post office I have ever encountered!

I paid almost $7.00 to send a letter certified and requiring a signature. The mail carrier put it in the mailbox, didn't remove the green return card, and never asked for a signature. Are you kidding me? I could of slapped a stamp on it. I use to live in La Quinta, they actually constantly delivered my mail to the wrong houses, including important checks. They were inept then. I guess nothing has changed.
