Food is pretty average here. Ordered ribs and a burger but not much to say about it. Couldn't taste the rum in the Pina colada. The staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonable and the place can get busy.

The staff was extremely quick with taking food and drink orders. Great job with their up sell of appetizers, alcohol, desserts, etc. Clearing away plates was extremely fast too. I have extensive food allergies including shellfish and they did a great job keeping my food safe and checking on us in a timely manner. The salmon was honestly too fishy but it was well cooked.

Love finding these historic gems. Probably making their Prime Rib the same way for 75 years and shouldn't ever change

Second visit here. Was even better this time around. We were greeted with a smile immediately after walking in. We love the atmosphere here - it’s on the dark side but lit enough to see the company you’re with. The booth seats are that really cool red and although we haven’t sat at a table those seats look really comfy. Susie our server was just lovely. The food was great - I got the California Chicken sandwich, which has avocado and bacon. The chicken was seasoned well. The fries were crispy outside and soft inside. My husband got the burger with jalapeño, teriyaki and pineapple. The patty was huge and full of teriyaki sauce. Overall great experience.

They were 2 days ago, and thoroughly cleaning each table and booth between customers. It was delicious too!

Not sure about the stroganoff personally as I haven't tried everything on the menu. But they have some of the most polite and hardworking staff. We never wait long, even on a busy night. Having been to many "high end" restaurants as well I think I get what you're trying to say.. I would respond that Redlands, although robust, has a small town loyalty. Our family is not from Redlands but we visit quite often and have never been disappointed by this underdog that keeps us coming back for more. Give em another chance, Christian, you might be surprised. God Bless and Best Wishes and Take Care.
Technically not a question.
They are serving inside and in their fenced-in patio at 100% capacity right now.
Our experience was there were none. Staff wore masks below noses, nobody else had masks. Place was crowded with no social distancing. We had reservations thinking we would be on the patio. Wasn't the case, were sat inside with no acknowledgement that Covid existed.
U can dance on weekends and Friday in street to live music on Saturdays
I went to Tartans for my birthday for the first time. Excellent service. I will definitely be going back again soon
Not that I'm aware of..they can be followed on social media I believe.
Who knows
I believe that they are open every day.
I believe they are taking reservations only for dinner and music
No cover
Reasonable, by most standards. The owner has increased prices recently, but most people would consider them reasonable.
