Service has gone down hill. I use to get great results, now this is what $49.99 gets you. No interior dressing. No mats cleaned. An okay wash. I had to tell their workers what was missing from what I paid for. I was better off going to the Express wash for $7. I will no longer need their service. Hope this helps save your hard earned money. Reply to the message sent by the owner: This wasn't due to covid. You had plenty of staff for the small amount of customers at that time. I spoke to the manager that day only to be asked for more money. Your response 7 months later, is unprofessional. I hope you properly train staff and prioritize great service these days. But I have not been back nor will I go back.

SPENT $100 for interior which included a wash!!! My car is still dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some sort of grease stuff dripping inside car, didn’t clean one wheel (noticed when I got home), Exterior looks like they dried it with a dirty rag, and so much more. Definitely would of got a better wash going through a drive thru car wash. Really disappointed! Will not be going back!!!
