Not sure if water, ice, or cups were Dirty but all of our cups of water came out with black little specs, some on the actual cup some in water and some on ice. Order was taken wrong. Lemonade Is watered down. We had to ask for EVERYTHING. We all ordered from the lunch menu and it was so dry (burger, avocado sandwich, wings, chicken tenders) even the ranch was watered down. Nothing was cleared from our table. I tried to pay on their little pad thing to just get out asap but we had to wait for them to add it. Even my kids noticed lol We Couldn’t wait to leave, such a bad experience.

Delicious food & good service. Also they had “3 for me“ menu which start from 11$ and contains a main course, side and drink. I definitely will visit again.

Food satisfactory. Confusing system to pay for meals. Service poor. Some cleanliness issues. Ladies restroom was filthy. Water on floors; toilets disgusting; only one soap dispenser. Had to stand in line to wash hands. Bad experience for my entire group.

Had a long wait for everything; to get seated, to be greeted, to get our drinks. We had to ask for a manager just to get a soup that was ordered. the bathroom was really dirty. It was my mom and grandmother's first time and I don't think I can convince them to come back

Dine in is available outside only. To go orders are available online or via the phone. Masks are expected to be worn unless at a table eating and the team does an exceptional job given current circumstances. Food does get packaged in inconsistent and sometimes too small of a box (depending on what you order), but that's a small gripe that honestly doesn't matter too much. Will still come back here again :) I love chili's and the pandemic has hardly changed the quality of the service or food if at all. Thank you guys for staying open and everything else that the team does to support local communities and regular customers like myself.

Not surprised. The place was filthy the last time I ate at this location in SB. Booths, tables dirty. Greasy, coating felt like it was on everything.
