Eric was great. Helped me pick out the right bike and told me what to watch for to know when to bring it in for maintenance. When I was there, one of the techs called a customer about a safety issue on his bike. Really went above and beyond.

5/5. Bought 2 bikes. 24" & 26" models of same bike. Mr. Curwood talked me on target. Never seen my kids and knew exactly what I was looking for. Experience was impressive, he is an expert. Especially if you have no idea what you are doing. I have seen him give away 3 or 4 bikes in 2021, while was volunteering at city & VFW EVENTS. I am happy to give him my money. I had the rudest employee. He seemed to be put out for me asking him questions. He could be having a bad day or a bad life but I won’t be giving my business to this bike shop ever again. There are too many other bike shops with much better service.

Awesome shop, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. These guys know way more about bikes than I do, and I did my research before coming. If I didn't keep testing bikes and looking around I would have been in and out with what I needed very fast. Will be back for a tune up for my new Giant Fathom.

Just buy new grips $12.99 squirt oil on chain wipe exsess and reapply every week and in about a month it will bee fine
