Delicious! As Usual. I've been going to Pho Ever for years in Vista. I was in the Area and had to check out the Encinitas location. I miss you in Vista Don. Glad to see you killing it at your new spot on my way to District 1 in Carlsbad hopefully I catch you there. Much respect to the Pho Masters of San Diego County. Thanks from the Nissan Tech 😁

I have been going here to the Encinitas location for years and can’t decide if the food or the service is better. The staff is phenomenal and my favorite menu item is the sandwich.

This review is for my recent meal purchased (crispy chow mein) for take out on 7/15/2022, the noodles were moldy. I didn't see it until the food was brought home - moldy noodles should be tossed out, not attempt to cook. What if it makes your customers sick? I'm skeptical about coming back again.

Hands down the best Pho I’ve ever tasted! The spring and egg rolls are excellent too! The Vietnamese coffee is decent also. Definitely going back!
