I’m moving to Yucaipa soon and I schedule an appointment with Yucaipa animal hospital. First, time calling was a breeze. However, I wanted to update my appointment for my new pup, and customer service was horrible. I called the first time and I agreed to be placed on hold. 15 mins later someone picked up the phone and as I tried to explain what I wanted, rep cut me off and stated she was going to place me on another hold. I waited until the time reached 25 mins and decided to hang up. I called again to speak to someone and as they asked to place me on hold again, I explained to them I’ve been on hold for 25 mins and would like to update an appointment. She was then rude to me stating that there was a full lobby and 2 people were ahead of me…excuse me! I was one of those people waiting and you completely disregarded my request. Safe to say I hung up, I will not cancel my appointment (because I can’t even speak to someone), and I will take my business somewhere else.

They recently took in our pygmy goat who unexpectedly passed. The staff was curteous enough to ask if we were OK standing by before they began doing what they needed to, to take her in. The price was also better than expected. Thank u!

My miniature dachshund, Stella, was minding her own business going potty when the neighbors dog broke through into our back yard and practically bit her nose off and ripped her lip back. She had surgery at the emergency vet in Redlands. All of her after care and check ups were done at Yucaipa Animal Hospital, and it was just the greatest experience! Everyone, including the front desk ladies, are super nice and caring. I visited them around 8 times in 12-14 days and got no complaints from any of the staff. I was overly cautious while she was healing because the wound was so horrendous and serious.. The doctor and technicians were comforting and reassured me each time I went in. It looked dreadful to me, but it was in fact healing up nicely! They even let me stop by 3 minutes to closing one day because my other dog had accidentally hit Stella's nose. Over the course of 3 weeks, everyone here showed so much care for Stella, and requested to watch her closely, which was perfect for me. Though it was one of the worst things I've been through with my little dog, Yucaipa Animal Hospital was the only positive part about the whole experience.. and of course Stella's nose healing up well! Thanks again!

Love the staff here. No matter what Dr. is there, they always take care of our fur-babies! From simple nail trims to surgeries to having to say goodbye....thank you YAH❤

They cost about 50.00 dollars and you get the Bordella that is by mouth. They vet's are so kind to your fur babies. They do a check up on your baby. Plus they treat them for worms. Check thrre ears for mites. And keep you informed of there next shots due. Very clean clinic. I have always taken my babies to them.
Haven't been there in years but when I did they really do take your babies needs serious!
They have changed their clinic hours and I think they now have them most days of the week. You should call to find out the specific days & times.
I don't know prices. Our beagle was fixed when we rescued him. They may be able to answer your question. Or you may need to take them in
I think a check up is $45. You can call but there very busy usually
It depends on your pets weight?
I love the Yucaipa Hospital and definitely it's my vet for both my dogs. I need to just say, not saying the hospital is great and i am not sure what they will charge. If you go to the San Bernardino Humane Society they do it as a walk-in basis, the also check the dog to make sure its the right thing to do and it is donations only. It cost $20 to put my dog down. I miss him so much. http://hssbv.org let me know what happens
They state they do, but you will get a lower price at either the Beaumont animal shelter or the San Bernardino Humane Society.
Call them and ask them.
