I am new to this vet and I LOVE that this vet hospital does not force the mask and allows people to make their own decision based off their own decisions! Very friendly and loved the way they treated my animal and me as their customer! I love that I was not treated like I was diseased!

I came to this Vet Clinic because the other animal hospital just seem like they just did not want to help me. They were charging me a bunch of money to clean my dog's ears. Green Veterinary clinic blew me out of the water with customer service. With in about an hour Mr. Parker talked to me about his game plan and wanted to know how I wanted to proceed. They are kind and respectful. This is my first time here and it was fantastic. They listened to me, told me what's going on and the different ways they can take care of it. Depending on what's wrong depends on what they had planned to do. Mr. Parker is an awesome vet. He also really knows his stuff. Everyone was respectful, considerate and informative about everything. I feel better bringing my animals to this clinic for anything. I want to say thank you and your doing a great job Green Veterinary Clinic.

Terrible experience in the last two occasions. Took my dog in for an ear infection. They quoted a charge and then doubled it when the said they needed to sedate him. Gave me medicine to put 12 drops in his ears twice a day for two weeks. Assured me I had enough medicine for two weeks. This morning I run out. Call them at 9:30 to get more after I googled how many drops I should get out of a 15ml bottle. Putting 24 drops in his ear every day, 15ml would last 9 to 10 days! So they shorted me. Daniel tells me he’ll talk to the vet since we both know they are closed on Sunday and I’m out of medication. I’ve had my phone on me all day. No call back. I call at 3:30 to see if I can come get the medicine and he hasn’t even spoken to the vet! Looks for the vet. Comes back and says “he’s in a room” and they are “too busy” to do anything today! Then tells me it’s 48 hours to do refills. I remind him that they didn’t give me enough medicine to begin with! I wouldn’t have needed a refill if they gave me the right amount to begin with. Bottom line they are too busy to care about your pet!

everyone the was very nice and best of all the doctor actually listened to the whole problem. I'm so grateful they allow you to come inside vs taking the dog only. this facilitated clear communication and understanding between myself and the doctor. I highly recommend this clinic.
