For too many reasons and as a vet tech with 10 years of experience but an hr away from home, this place is a absolutely no for me. No customer service skills, no effort to show an interest in what my pet was there for (a growth on the leg) and an embarrassment to their attempt to try and get a surgery and dental scheduled but both had to be on separate days. Not to mention X-rays that were needed but not on either estimate 🙄 Sadly, your Vet who was not listed on the website was enough of a bad first impression let down, that you didn’t even need to waste the paper to print either estimates. I’ll gladly pay up to $2,000 for my dog to have all of that done somewhere else where the clinic actually works for their money and shows integrity.

Had an appointment for 9:45… fast forward 1 hour me and my wife had to ask the staff what was going on and they said they were way behind and we still had several clients ahead of us… would of been nice to know that at the beginning. Really unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time.

I brought my cat in for an abscess on her face. We did medications first because I did not want to do surgery like they recommend due to her age. Her face had actually gotten better, the abscess went down but not fully. Took her in for a follow up and said she needed surgery. After surgery her face has gotten worse then it was. Over 1,000.00 dollars later, putting my cat thru surgery and only got worse results.
