We have absolutely no complaints about this place. We utilize both the daycare and the boarding services for two dogs and have been pleased every time. The cameras give me peace of mind when going away for an extended period, and I truly appreciate knowing that staff are present with my pups at all times. Having the option for my dogs to get baths after days of playing with friends and in the water is an added bonus. Updating this to only 4 stars after a lengthy boarding stay: After a little over a week, one of my pups was significantly skinnier than we'd like to see, even though I was reassured that meal time was monitored and logged. I was never told that my dog had not been eating adequately. I also sent medicated wipes to be used once a day to prevent UTIs, and made a point to talk to someone personally in the office to make sure that it could and would be done. Even after we paid for a bath prior to picking them up, my dog was FILTHY, as it seems not a single wipe had been used.

We have been taking our dogs to paradise ranch for boarding over the past three years. We have been absolutely happy with their services and the way they took care of our dogs. They have webcams around their entire property and even if we couldn’t find our dogs on the camera, the staff were so kind to let us know about how they were doing over a quick call. We truly believe that paradise ranch is offering the most convenient way for us and the most comfortable and joyful boarding for our dogs. It would be unimaginable to leave our dogs at a boarding place that keeps them in crates over a few days when we need to go on a trip. At paradise ranch, they can place at different outdoor and indoor places during the day and have a comfortable place to sleep at night. They are also always supervised by their staff which prevents any accidents. All vaccination is checked before hands to make sure there is no contagious disease in paradise ranch. I believe the first time we boarded our dogs there three years ago, they went through a behavioral evaluation as well to make sure they got along with other dogs. We used their board and train this time. Mihdi who is one of the managers/trainers explained the training methods they use over phone to us before we left the dogs for boarding. When we picked up the dogs, we had a one on one session with him and he patiently explained the training the dogs went through and gave us instructions how to continue the training at home. He then brought out the dogs one by one and let us walk them both in paradise ranch and around the block while he pointed out our mistakes. The dogs have been much calmer since we brought them home and follow commands well. We will have follow up training sessions soon. We would like to thank the paradise ranch staff and management for outstanding care for our dogs and great service they are providing to the community. We highly recommend them to friends and family and everyone else who cares about their dogs having a safe and joyful time with other dogs while they are away.

Great place to bring our dog for both training and boarding. It's always a pleasure working with Elias, our dog trainer, and the whole team at Paradise Ranch.
