I brought in a turntable I was having some trouble with. Delio helped me out, and explained the trouble. It didn’t require any repair, but just the flip of a switch. It was obviously my own ignorance of record players. Not only did he help me out and not take any money, he didn’t make me feel like an idiot. When I have any type of A/V repairs or needs, I’ll 100% return.

They should be able to work on that unit, but older units (like some of mine) are having a harder time finding parts. The good news, if they can't, they are very up front about it and are good at giving options or ideas of the unit can not be fixed, or is maybe not worth fixing due to cost, very honest people to deal with.
