My experience was wonderful, very helpful and thorough. I would given 5 stars except I realized after I left that I could have started my contract 7 days later, since I’m not moving anything into it until Mid-September. I think she should have suggested that option since we did discuss my move-in target date.

I have rented space here for years. The staff is always great. Today they girls helped me switch to a larger unit. Accommodating to my wants for the space. On top of them both helping the process fast and easy. Sarah found me a fantastic rate. They all continue to go above and beyond in customer service. If you need a storage unit, I recommend this place. It’s always clean. Easy to get to the units. They supply flat beds to help you move stuff. There are trash cans they will open for you to throw trash away. And there is air controlled units avail, which I prefer because of items that would be damaged in the garage.
