I love Ralph's!! So convenient and very reasonably priced. However there is one thing that holds me back from shopping here. I have had not 1 but 2 bad experiences with CAROL that works at this particular location. She is RUDE, NASTY, AND TALKS DOWN TO PEOPLE. Tonights store run was so bad I finally spoke up about the way carol was talking down to an elder Chinese customer. Talking to her like she was stupid and they kick me out of the store. Kendra the manager refused to give me corporates number. What kind of person allows someone so rude and nasty to continue to be employed. Think I may stop shopping here. I am a very loyal customer but I don't stand for this.

They used to make the best sandwiches fresh here daily, but upon coming in today they have converted that area into a sushi bar and are no longer making sandwiches upon request. Not sure how sushi became more of a demand than their sandwiches at a "deli", but if you're looking for fresh sandwiches go to the Jefferson location.

Used to shop here my whole life practically but we have now switched to Albertsons across the street. The staff at this Ralph’s is rude, and not helpful or customer service oriented. The HUGE frustration is the Deli counter. After months of them taking forever to package 1/4 lb of sliced cheese, plus continual attitude from staff, bad self checkout machines, and obviously frustrated checked out store employees we just had enough. Albertsons has very very very kind people, and their deli is very efficient. Plus they take Apple Pay! Ralph’s does NOT.

I have frequently experienced a lack of customer care at check out at this store. I have had cashiers not greet me, stop my check out process to chat with store employees about non store related personal issues, walk away from their register during my check out without mention of why, and self bag large amounts of groceries while the cashier starts ringing up the next person's groceries. As a result of this behavior, I now shop elsewhere.
