This was my first time using a storage space ever and Benjamin made the experience so much easier for me. He helped me carry my boxes from the ground floor up to my designated space, made two rounds and worked past his shift to help me out. My space didn't look big enough for my stuff but Benjamin said it was fine and just like that, he stacked my boxes and carriers as if he was playing real-life tetris. I sincerely think the experience wouldn't have been the same without him. My friend who accompanied me had used the same branch but had to everything on her own because nobody was around at that time to help her. I'm lucky I was able to catch Benjamin when he was there. I would recommend the branch not only for its space but for the the availability of staff like Benjamin.

To my surprise, she answered the phone, and graciously stayed late to assist me with what I needed. I am very grateful for her work, her kindness, and hospitality. Please pass my thanks to her. Moved in here to store stuff over the summer for college because they were offering a good deal. One of the employees, Benjamin, was the nicest, most helpful person and helped us over the multiple days we had to move my stuff in and helped us get to the floor and find our unit. I'm very glad to have stored my stuff here!

Great costumer service and very thorough explanations of offers and details. Strongly commend the team! I inquired online as to a unit and got a call from the offices walking me through their payment options and scheduling details. Just great to connect personally and simply the process. They were very flexible with scheduling dates for move-in.
