There wasn’t climate control on the several times my husband and I were there over the summer. It was a scorcher. Today the employee was late to open the gate to the cube smart and now she has yet to open the gate for customers to enter storage. There are now, 5 customers waiting to and it’s 9:14am. Thank God today is the day we haul all of our belongings out, we won’t have to deal with any of this nonsense anymore. Online it says it opens at 9. I expect it to be open! Another employee arrived and opens the exiting gates at 9:23. There are now 3 cars and 5 people by foot waiting. 9:29 another employee enters and the first employee finally opens up the gates for the customers to enter storage. A day later I was told to email them, I did and still no response. Get your belongings out, while you still can, much more affordable places with great customer service. for first time in my life i heard that storge is closed at 5:45 and open at 10:30. it’s like bank. not storge i don’t suggest to go there because they always closed.

Ronald the manager made it easy and painless to sign up. Pick up arrangements were easy. Getting my things into the unit was easy. I was helped by an employee working the floor. She assisted me in getting a ladder to my unit. I didn't get her name but she was very helpful.

Ok so I’ve been with this storage company for about 2 1/2 years now and I’m always in time paying my bill so I deal with no late fees no over draft fees or any thing such ! I’m always satisfied with how fast and easy things are at CubeSmart like for instance when I recently needed to change my unit from a smaller size to a bigger sized unit ! I was able to do so on the same exact day .The pricing wasn’t to much of a difference I’d definitely recommend CubeSmart to plenty of friends shh my d family I feel cube smart really cares and is really reliable !

For a 5 foot by 5 foot storage area called a "locker" i pay about $43 dollars a month
correct. I was told cause people clean out the lockers n leave the garage all around. They want u to take ur trash out.
