been a customer here for 4 yrs ppl at this location have always been very helpful !! but corporate sux !! they recently implemented a policy that if u miss a payment, u can't make payments online and u have to bother a local employee during business hrs either in person or over the phone to make yr payment absolutely insane waste of employee and customer time/money bc of this policy change i will be changing to a different storage provider before the fall

I had checked out a bunch of storage options for my small business to store supplies and after meeting and speaking with Jessica made my decision right there. She is knowledgeable, friendly, a good communicator, and is just a fabulous point of contact. All the other staff I've met have also been extremely helpful. The facility itself is extremely clean, has decent parking, and incredible loading dock, and strong security systems. You aren't going to find a better spot then this.
