Dr. Foroutan deserves 5 stars!!!!!!! I am terrified of the dentist. Absolutely terrified. Dr. Foroutan listened to my concerns. She was professional; clear and calm and made me feel safe. I’m leaving with a smile on my face. (The hours of operation and scheduling appointments/ procedures deserve one star, however.)

This review is for Dr Lysa Ho. She’s so down to earth and easy to talk to. I have always had a hard time dealing with the people who answer the phone, they’re nice but kind of robotic but Dr Ho is the complete opposite. Like talking to a friend. I’m so glad I found her and so is everyone I have referred her too. I kind of want to keep her a secret so she’s not always booked but she deserves good feedback and everyone deserves a good doctor so I’ll be nice and share.

Took my brother in for them to help/look at an open wound. But they were too busy yelling at us to put masks on when an older gentleman was just in there withOUT a mask on. And told us that their lady who does stitches wasn’t there and that we had to go to Poway ER without even looking at it. If they would have stopped yelling at us and looked at it they would have realized that he didn’t need stitches and just needed to be cleaned and wrapped with a gauze pad.

Long waits Always...at times hours. Often want you to go to emergency room, even if it not a emergency and more of a diagnosis issue. The female doctor has limited listening ability, avoid her. Over all the experience is that they have a captive audience and you get what you get attitude towards patients. I am sure there are exceptions, but administrators need to address the issues that are well known to in community. There a gain, maybe administration is the problem. To quote a old saying, " head of the fish reflects in the tail".
