0 stars. I tried reaching the studio 7 times by phone. Since there website says they open @8am. I had planned to take my 2 daughters in for there class today and needed a few more details. - Lack Of Communication - unapologetic - un professional - snobby owner —And she then texted me right after she seeing my Yelp review saying “Thank you for your lovely Yelp review” -obviously my review was not lovely 😒. Why wait till I write a bad review to get in contact with me ? Why not just answer or texted me when I tried reaching you the first few times I called…..
