So my husband gave a gift card and had booked an appointment for me at 11am this morning (mother's day) for a 60min message and I walked through the door and checked in right at 11 and was brought back to a room right away. But then I laid there, and laid there. When I finally got up to check the time it had been 20mins that I was waiting! I got dressed and went out front and waited another few minutes for someone to come out which they never did, so I left. But then I called and asked if it was possible to get the money on the unused gift card refunded and the women who answered said she was sorry and that they could refund it if I came back in, so I turned around and went back. The woman who actually handled the refund didn't seem to pleased to have to be doing it even after I explained that I wasn't there for an appointment I already tried that and was forgotten about. I did get my refund which was good because otherwise that money would have been an eternal gift card since I will not be trying again here. Unfortunate since they have some pretty good reviews

Had sharp pain on my shoulder blade as well as my shoulder. Called for an appointment and was available right away. Clean, calm and positive environment as well. The massage felt like heaven which followed up with a hot rock as well as a hot towel to relax my muscles, then the suction cups did wonders when place on my shoulder, shoulder blades and back. The masseuse focused mainly on my shoulder which I really enjoyed had a full body massage which I enjoyed as well, I highly recommend this to set up an appointment with them because I'm now pain free and a happy satisfied customer so if you want to be pain free, give them a call :)

Loved this for my first time! So serine and quiet! TMI but my massage therapist had me drooling! Worked on the muscles well, and really relaxing. No soreness and will try and make a twice a month experience for myself!

Was really happy with the service here. Way more relaxing than I was expecting, no more pain in my bad hip and I'm even feeling taller after my massage. Will be returning.
