West 107th location, fifth floor, I swear someone lives inside a unit. Scared me half to death the first time they hid from me.They are always there and when I come off the elevator she goes inside her unit and closes the door behind her for almost a year now. Several times this has hppened and once she was cooking on a hot plate with anorher person. When I reported it, more than once by the way, I was met with "oh yeah we know about her she is a vendor who sells nuts. Seriously? That is creepy at best. Now I know why my two units are so expensive; I am paying her electrical bill. DID I NOT SIGN A CONTRACT STATING THAT ONE CANNOT LIVE OR RESIDE INSIDE A RENTED UNIT? NOT FEELING SAFE. THE CAMEEAS CAN INLY CAPTURE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE FACT. HO ELSE LIVES THERE?

I appreciate Darryl so much. It’s nice to see the proof that Manhattan mini does clean its facilities. Darryl went above and beyond for me because I needed help putting my boxes back on a second shelf storage. My box broke he gave me a plastic bin. Darryl is a stand up guy and will go out of his way to help customers.
