This was my first time ever using Mavis. I had 2 tires mounted and balancing and it will not be my last time visiting this location. Their prices were very competitive and much less expensive than other shops. I must tip my hat to Dave who has excellent customer service and was professional enough to suggest a shop that performs a specialized wheel alignment which includes adjusting the sai. I highly recommend this location.

I am very impressed by Mavis discount tire in Oakland New Jersey, they are very honest, very polite, very professional, I brought my car in for an front end alignment, they checked my car out and told me that I didn’t need it. First of all I have been to multiple places where the customer service and the workers are absolutely terrible but that was not how it was with these guys. Alyssa at the front desk gave me one of the best customer services I have ever had she explain and shows me all of my options and everything that they can do to solve all my problems. The pricing is very good and the guy that worked on my car I think his name was alex . He must have hands of the mechanic gods because my car drives smoother now then when I left the dealership with it thankyou everyone and I will be coming back

Iv been told by the service guys that oil changes and tire rotations are on a first come first serve basis. They prefer you come first thing in the morning and drop it off
