Pharmacy is a disaster. My daughter has asthma and needed her refill for inhaler that comes pre-packaged I was told to wait 20mins I explained the situation the staff could care less said there’s other people here when In fact there was none else in line. I went to pick up my pre-packaged refill for a nasal spray and was told to wait 15-20 mins again for a prepackaged item and was told that if I did not want to wait I could just pay for the generic one that was in the isle!!! Then after hearing me ask why it would take 15-20mins it shouldn’t be that long there is no one else here. The person who seemed to be in charge told me “well you don’t have to fill your prescription with us you can go somewhere else!” As a member of the Oakland community this place is terrible and I will have to find another pharmacy.
