Great Price, Great Customer Service. Highly recommended! I just bought another new Ford at Al Packer Ford in Royal Palm Beach. It’s the second new vehicle I’ve purchased there. Always a great experience with Al Packer Ford West. Made the appointment online for 4/15. I arrived and was promptly assisted. The waiting room was nice and clean. While waiting I was kept informed by the service writer of any items which needed to be addressed. My appointment was at 7:30 AM and I was out by 8:30 thanks to their team of service writers and mechanics.

To be fair my sales representative Brenda was amazing however I can’t say the same about management. It’s been two months since purchasing my f-250 diesel truck and they still haven’t fix my squeaky brake issue on a certified truck I’m still puzzled. I went ahead paid for it myself. Ps I emailed management as well no response 👀😂 wow. I still love my truck. But I would caution ⚠️ you.
