Was here for my naturalization appointment arrived early, got into the building 15 mins before my interview & about 30 mins wait before seen an officer, when I was called by officer NICKS, she was nice and made me felt at eased during the interview, went well, got out the office with big SMILE 😁, PASSED the interview.

I take appointments like these very seriously, so when me and my husband had a 2:15 appointment, i came in early. I was in a rush because i had to go on my lunch break. They took EVERYONE in the waiting room besides us, even though we were there first. It was then 3:10 and NO ONE talked to us or payed any attention. I had to get the security guard involved to call to ask. They had NO answers. 10 minutes went by and its now over an hour since ive been waiting and PAST my appointment time. The security guard then proceeded to go in the back and ask someone and said they're coming right out. I was finally called back at 3:30 pm. Is this what needs to happen to be attended? What is the point of an appointment when i am completely forgotten about and not even given an explanation or a sorry for being over an hour late. I am POSITIVE if i did not get security involved we would have NEVER been attended to. The person interviewing didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience. We've been waiting for this appointment for months and that service was so unacceptable. There is absolutely NO consideration for my time. Hope i never have to come back here.

You can check your status online on the USCIS website
You can check your status of the application put in google n400 status even if it is not the citizenship for which you applied but there you put your confirmation number and there it says where they go in your process

Doris, if you are going to go to the office to make an appointment, you have to do it at 7 am otherwise they won't let you in. I went at approximately 9 and they returned me. They told me that if I didn't go first thing in the morning, I couldn't do it.
