Just purchased a 2022 Mustang Mach-E from Wayne Aker Ford. Rolando was our salesman and I can say he was amazing. We ordered the car 7 months back and as soon as it arrived he contacted us. He had the car clean and fully charged for when we arrived. You could tell he was very knowledgeable about the new technology in the car. This was actually the 2nd car we had purchased there and used Rolando both times. There were some financing hiccups (no fault of the dealership) but Rolando was able to convey all request from my bank to the finance department, resulting in a successful purchase. Thanks to Rolando and the finance department for Everything. James.

Wayne Akers was a breath of fresh air as far as car dealerships are concerned. Ed Deneus was my rep and he exceeded ALL of my car expectations. He was so kind, on top of my order, and just so accommodating. I cannot recommend him enough; he made the experience an extremely pleasant one. Do not hesitate to ask for him if you're looking! And also the manager, Hector, was a delight to work with as well. Everyone there was so genuine and lovely. Highly recommend!

Over the past two months I have been going through the process of purchasing a truck. I visited a number of Ford, Chevy and GMC dealerships looking for the perfect vehicle. I finally made my way over to Wayne Akers to give them a shot, and I happy I did! This was by far the beast and easiest car purchase I have ever made. Everyone was awesome friendly and made me feel like a priority. I had the opportunity to work with Sales rep Guy Michel who truly listened to my needs and worked with me to find the perfect truck, Unlike other dealerships that just wanted to make any sales they could. The finance process was quick and simple with no hidden tricks or surprise fees. Orlando the Finance specialist was super friendly and the process was painless and honestly made the purchase the easiest car purchase I’ve ever had. Thank you Wayne Akers for helping me achieve my dream truck!

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

This place is awful. They let people in with no mask on and they hardly have anyone working in the reception of the service department. There was only one Hispanic gentleman running all over the place trying to take care of everyone. I called these people for some specific item I needed checked on my car, one of them happened to be my oil pressure light kept coming on saying that it was low everytime I stopped. When I called to make the appointment the guy I spoke to said I would get charge $100 to run a check on all the items I needed checked only for me to get there and told it would be $150. To make matters worst, they had the car for over 2 days with no rental provided and when I picked up I was told they couldn't checked for the low oil pressure light since it wasn't coming on during their check. They're tried to up sale other things the car didn't need instead of checking for what I requested. I drove from port st lucie to go there and I won't go there again

do you wash the cars after service?

Yes they washed my cars after Service.I have bought cars there since 1989. Most recent 2009 Focus, 2011 Fushion,2016 Fushion,A Taurus, now a 2019 Edge Titanium .My service guide Ben Bucannan, is excellent.He will make sure you receive,prompt service,and all that you pay for.Many new changes with the current,distant rules.But,they were safety minded,and current,with their appreciation for new safety rules,as well as my need for a gas sensor check.
