I’ve been a Tuppens customer since the early 90’s . Always went to store front in lantana .Well several years ago I moved to Orlando but when ever I need fishing stuff I always went to Tuppens . Last month I bought another boat and wanted outriggers, searched several web sites but ordered from Tuppens web site . Price was higher but not a problem . My problem is web site said shipped in 24 hrs …. Didn’t happen 5 days later got a email about shipping info and a email from Max saying my items being shipped USPS . It was a holiday so nothing was shipped and they are still waiting on item at USPS . Very disappointed …
