Late night around 9pm that I needed a funeral service. A friend of ours recommended Funeraria del Angel. Diana was so helpful guiding me and assuring me throughout. Their pricing for their service is really affordable and their place for the viewing was very private and really nice and roomy. Especially during this covid fearing days. Their facility is the answer. Thank you people in Funeraria del Angel and to the guys who picked up my mom's remains during that 1st night. And giving the family who lost a loveone assuring comfort! More blessings to you guys!

Have been trying for 3 weeks... Since November 9th ... To obtain a copy of my Mother's prepaid cremation services... Contacted Chris on the 9th and computer shows yes she paid in 2008 but she wants an itemization of what she bought.. Since then have spoken to Diana 2x, Lizette 2x and visited the site... Left another message for Diana today... Still NO response... My Mom is 94 and wants that copy BEFORE she dies... HOW UNCONSCIONABLE !!! Very poor customer service..... *UPDATE: Per Diana's response I was to be contracted as follow-up to previously stated issues... No call, no voice mail, no letter. Again very poor customer service

This was a very hard time for us it was a big big thing loosing my mother ❤️ Especially knowing she wasn’t sick and to us had no illnesses the Funeral Del Ángel was there for us they went out of there way to make sure we had everything they stood open times when they should have been close just to get all things needed Lupe went out of her way to make us comfortable and always would call just to see if we needed anything and Liz had so much patience with my frustrated personality she always had a smile and never said no. We are so great full for them being there thank all of them I will always recommend them.
