Very long story about terrible experience with LG and LG refrigerator. After weeks of frustration with company Asst Mgr Jeff G ended the whole thing in an efficient and more than satisfactory manner. He quickly identified the issue, had the brains and experience to take care of it and above all else was empowered to do so by corporate.

This is a good Lowe's location. I've purchased a lot of supplies here over the past few years. The staff is easy to work with too. Lastly, I've had no issues with returns or online pick-up orders.

Went to Lowes to order a custom exterior door. I went to the section and over a span of thirty minutes I had three associates page the person that was supposed to be assisting customers in that section but no one ever came, so I left and went to Home Depot!

On a Monday afternoon my husband and I spend nearly 30 minutes looking at countertop samples, cabinets and backsplash materials. Couldn't find prices and samples and brochures were missing. Sample countertops installed had no identification, about 2/3 of the backsplash material I was considering wasn't stocked. Not a soul came to wait on us, so we left empty-handed.
