I genuinely have no idea where to start. Ordered the combo fried platter (Shrimp+Haddock) and when I tell you that the fries were the best part, you should be worried. The fried Shrimp were borderline okay at best. They had a mostly crunchy outside and a soft-medium firm texture. The haddock was so unbelievably awful with no tatse and the most flimsiest "Fried" anything that I've ever had. I initially wanted double fried shrimp but apparently the kitchen is "Unable" to do so as it confuses them. A member of my party ordered the baked scallops and they tasted so chewy and gamey that they had to be refunded. The Lobster stew (I was informed it was more milky than creamy beforehand) had very little lobster as well as a more water base than milky. If it wasn't bad enough the bread was stale as all can be. I recommend going ANYWHERE else in the area.

Chose a Captain's and a Mate's fried seafood fisherman's plate dinners. Huge portions- plenty of food for three of us (with very big appetites) to share, plus had enough left over for two additional full meals. Seafood is very fresh and flavorful we especially love the delicious whole-belly clams - no clam strips here! We tried both the crumb and batter coating - the batter is a little more greasy, but they both tasted delicious. Total bill with three soft drinks was right around $105 - which really is an excellent price for a total of five large size seafood meals. Atmosphere is lovely with a huge closed-in porch overlooking the marsh, so we really enjoyed watching the Great Egrets while we ate. The restaurant is humongous, so unless it's totally mobbed there's plenty of room to spread out if you're not comfortable sitting right next to people due to Covid. Would definitely recommend this place for fresh flavorful reasonably-priced seafood in a nice atmosphere.

Seafood is ok and this location gets extremely busy. The fried food was cold when I picked it up. They should use fresh fries not frozen if they plan on having such high prices on food.

My husband and his family had been coming here for years. This was my first visit over, but defiently not my last. Everything was delicious. Hugely generous portions of clean fried food. (And by that I mean you could tell the oil was clean) I enjoyed the resturant seating also. It's cafeteria style, order and pay for your food, grab it when your # is called and find an empty table. Which was great for us, as we were meeting with others and wanted to chat and catch up. We didn't feel rushed to leave.
