I go there everyday every one is so nice except one man with a red beard he is so ignorant I'm giving a 5 star review only because of the other people who work the they are the best! And it's a nice store but he really needs an attitude adjustment when your working for the public. But again love all of the other workers.

Tried going in somewhere between 3 and 4am on 1/22/22 - Lights on, doors locked. There was a running car parked with someone inside, unsure if it was an employee goofing off. That, or the store is no longer 24 hours. Irving is my go-to gas station. Regardless of my above paragraph, this is my least preferred Irving store. At best it’s just an average customer service experience, and not an amazing selection of food/drink. Note - I’ve never come here during the daytime. Only between midnight and 5am. Sounds like it’s a better experience with day shift employees.

This store advertises "open 24 hours" but most of the time I show up in the middle of the night, the lights are all on, the pumps are on but the doors are locked. No sign explaining an emergency or anything. Also, no access to real coffee inside the store ever. Dunkin lobby access is always closed and I'm usually gassing up a commercial truck or loader that won't go through drive thru. Make DD create and maintain 4 self-serve coffee carafes with cream and sugar if they won't serve people in the lobby. Also, they obviously have the staff to serve the lobby because anytime I'm there they are just hanging around goofing off. If I have to wait a minute to get real coffee that's fine. Situation needs to be fixed. AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN! Except the responsibility that goes with that!
