My daughter and I came in on September 23rd to discuss upgrading our phones to iPhone 14. We were met at the door and told to take a seat while Cianne (sales associate) reviewed my plan. She came back out and started explaining the upgrade and the price increase with the upgrade. I started asking questions and after me interrupting her several times, she proceeded to ask me to stop interrupting her. I listened for a little bit then explained what I wasn’t understanding. She began to get frustrated, she did not know the deductible for the phone insurance I was told we had to purchase, she then laughed at me. I told her she was unprofessional and disrespectful. She also thought that was funny. I asked for a manager and she said, “ we don’t have manager’s cards!” I walked to another sales associate and asked to speak to a manager. He got the manager. The manager did not apologize for Cianne’s rudeness. He acted rude himself after I explained her disrespectful behavior! I told him we will be cancelling our plan and switching to another carrier! He than asked if he could help us! We walked out! I’m disgusted and very disappointed in their behavior and how unprofessional! I will not give them a star! I am done with Verizon
