Unfortunately my aunt passed away from natural causes during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we could only do virtual services. They told my mother that they could do a livestream of it via youtube. We shared the information with our entire family. The day of the service we all tried to watch it, but it was extremely blurry and was buffering. I was receiving text messages from family, my mother was receiving phone calls. It was extremely heart breaking, and embarrassing that 95 of our relatives had to experience this. It ruined the day for my grieving mother. She called them twice and they were not able to fix it. In an effort to make amends they sent out a high quality video using google drive the next day. It was too little, too late for our family. Not even a partial refund was offered. Knowing that currently in person services are not available, they should have done a test run and made sure that they were prepared. This is extremely unprofessional, and heartbreaking for my family. It was already terrible enough to have our loved one pass during a time where we could not be together as a family. We were unable to honor her as we felt she deserved, with an in person service. So for the virtual service to end up this way was unacceptable. I hope that they have learned and this does not happen to any other families.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Felipe Bagues Mortuary. The process and arrangement was easy in itself, but I was blown away when the hearse arrived. The driver was actually Felipe (this is a family owned business). He was not only compassionate and understanding, he was patient and kind. He waited as long as we needed, was there for the service, and participated in every way he could to assist with the actual burial. This was my first funeral so I didnt really know what to expect. My mothers passing has been very difficult on us all. Felipe Bagues Mortuary was paramount in making the process as easy as it could be, given the circumstances. Felipe was a major and vital part of the service itself, and I could not imagine it without him. Thank you all so much for everything that you have done for our family.

Good night ... I think so. Talk to the French lady. She can help you. Or with Mrs. Alexandra
