To be perfectly honest, no one in this organisation (importation side of the house) spoke any form of English which made it really hard to deal with. Dealing with freight from large multinational airlines, there needs to be a bit of professional standard in the organisation. Customers waiting while the workers have a friendly chat. I waited 6 hours past the point of the aircraft landing to pick up my consignment . Really disappointed with the service.

Horrible, they NEVER answer their phones. After 1:30 Hours on hold line hangs up automatically. You try to send them email, they never answer either. I’ve complained many times regarding this issue and it seems to never get resolved.
