Not great copy quality. Color is off. Which is dumb because it is very pricey. I printed 8 pages, 1 sided in color on cheap white paper for over $6. 1 sheet of letter size lamination (self service) is almost 3 dollars. Staff friendly but unavailable, said they were backed up. Long wait to pay. If I wanted my simple puzzle book to be spiral bound I'd have to leave it overnight, which I've never had to do. A staff member did go around the various stations at one point and sanitize kind of, that was nice.

On Friday afternoon, July 15th a work project landed in my lap for Saturday, July 16th. I found this location and at 7pm, I called and spoke with Abdul. I explained I needed 5 flyers, 30-copies each, in full color by the next morning (Saturday). He said he could have them ready by noon. Normally that would be very fast considering he only had 1-hour before he closed that night. I explained that unfortunately, my event started at 10am Saturday. I asked him if there was any way he could have them ready for pickup around 9:45. I felt bad for asking given my late call but I had no other options. He asked me to hold a moment while he reviewed his pipeline of orders he already had received. He somehow made room for me and told me 'no problem' that they would be ready in time. He called me at 8:57 this morning (Saturday) to tell me the order was ready. It is worth noting that not only did he make the order happen in faster than expected time, but he did so with a very pleasant and friendly demeanor. He never acted put out, inconvenienced, or frustrated with my last-minute crisis order. This is something I definitely noticed and greatly appreciated. I tried to do the survey online for Vivian but there's no receipt number on the receipt I have. Vivian was beyond helpful and deserves a raise! She was lovely and friendly, and went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed.
