This is a great place to have my packages delivered, in a safe environment. I don't have to wonder how long they will sit on my porch when I'm at work. It's not a bad price for a small box, for that piece of mind.

Potential customers beware: Please heed all the negative reviews; there is a theme here. This store owner has failed to learn from the complaints of previous customers & keeps offering lame excuses for incompetent service delivery. You might only want to ship your package to this location if you don't care that it gets lost upon arrival. Sure, accidents happen; I can understand that. But its the lack of compassion & failure to take ownership of the problem that is so appalling. After a week of no communication whatsoever, the owner berated me & accused me of harassment when I dared to ask for an update on the investigation & expressed my dismay with the blame game she was attempting to play with corporate UPS. And now watch as she will likely respond to this review with some kind of derogatory comment about me (like she has with other dissatisfied customers on this site). But then ask yourself: Is this how a professional in the customer service industry should behave & would you like to be treated this way next? I'd rather give my hard earned money to a business that cares about their customer's experience

Unprofessional and very rude. I can’t get my package can’t track. Called them have a track number but they want me to transfer to another call, when They do that the second ones never respond. That is time wasting, calling several times the lady put me on hold and I’m still waiting. Unbelievable… if you miss your package you will never find it.

I can’t thank Lori enough for her prompt support when I was in a pinch. She was extremely helpful. Really friendly staff. Lori is clearly respected by her colleagues and visitors — every person that came in was welcomed by Lori and knew her by name. This location is lucky to have her on staff & I’ll surely be using this location for future printing and shipping services when I’m in town!
