Bought an amp 5 days ago and it still hasn't processed let alone shipped. I’ve called the store three times and every time staff answers their disgruntled, mumbling and exhibit low morale. It's evident they HATE their jobs and it feels like they want you to hate it too. After endless circles of being on hold for over 20 minutes then being dropped altogether, I finally got a manager and was told they are short staffed and don't have the resources to ship right now. REALLY!?!? He also couldn't find the order. He initially said it wasn't their store and then when I assured him it was he dug deeper and said it was lost and he couldnt find it and then he dug deeper and told me it's been abandoned in the shipping area. They didn't even act like they care. They clearly couldn't give a s#!+ You might consider twice before buying from this store. I've been doing business with Guitar Center for 40 years and in most cases items ship within 24 to 48 hours. Thanks guys. You should treat your 40+ year "valued" customers much better.
Fuck google “Fuck youtube”
Great place to take your hopeful musician. Never bothered or up sold. I went 4 times before my grandson talked me into a guitar and amp combo. Good price great service.

Tony, Steve and Johnny were fantastic the deal with. They made my guitar purchase seamless and answered all 1000 questions I had on it. I appreciate all of your help! Definitely will be back

My visit to this particular Guitar Center wasn’t anything to write home about. Most of the employees I interacted with seemed to lack the time & patience to help customers (such as myself) who are interested in getting involved with music and instruments, but who also don’t have a lot of knowledge. Perhaps I wasn’t asking the right questions or should’ve done more research on the internet before coming in. I would say the majority of employees working at this Guitar Center probably have a wealth of knowledge to share, but I’m not sure they want to. Will I come back? Probably. My experience wasn’t good or bad, it was just average hence the 3 star rating.

They don't care if you play the instruments or not in my experiences. Doesn't seem like they even clean much at all. One of the staff members shrugged off the virus when I checked out a few weeks ago.
And
I haven't seen accordions here. They have many on their website though.
Sometimes the box will have accessories to go with the item you bought but will be sold separately. Its showing what the recommended accessories are, not what it includes. The recommended accessories on the box are generally sold separately unless it says they are included.
If I remember right it's around 15 bucks.
Hopefully the salt lake location is a lot nicer than the provo one because the people in the provo location are complete A-)-(0|ۤ Wow for 5-10 minute job $50-$70 jeez I can restring a 12 string guitar and tune it by ear in less than 30 minutes ...
No I need help
No they only have guitar strings
Yes they would their guitar tech is awesome!
What model is it!? When I first read your question, I was thinking that's an really old model, whuch case you're much more likely to find those parts online
You can see the freeway from there. Sturgis ,Anna's linon, oltd spagetti factory
Just head straight to the Guitar Counter and they can set you up with a single string. Most single strings are about 87 cents. You just have to know the gauge of the string you are replacing.
Why don't you try calling their customer support hotline instead of shitposting on an unmonitored Google Maps location forum?
Yes
And
You'll have better luck online. They carry surprisingly less and less actual repair supplies.
Yes. You might want to call before you drive over there to make sure a person who can do it for you is working at that time.
You can also check the Guotar center website and order it there. By this means you can have it delivered to your home or to the nearest location to your home.
They usually have a few staff members at least that know a lot about ukeleles.
