Yes this is where to go to get your title transferred, registration and new license plate. If your from out of state make sure you get your NC driver's license beforehand (you do that at a different place)
No, this location only does vehicle title, registration and tags

I certainly did. I was once again a NC resident and got a new plate and paid my registration/taxes. It was very quick.
Is this office in Harrisburg nc still operating? I being there two times in the pass week and it said "closed cause computer problems"... dies somebody know if it is a temporary matter?? Thank you!

They are still operating, but there is another office on Concord Pkwy in the strip mall behind Jack in a box
Can I register and plate my husbands car for him? The title is signed over to him and has to obtain a new title in his name. He has no time because of work duties. If I get a copy of his license and show my I.D. Will that be sufficient enough?
I work for a company that i have to go there all the time and everytime i go anytime after 10 the line is outrageoua and nowhere to park. trust me i go there often. Im not aure where the other responder got their info but if ur gonna go go early. The renewal line is usually longer than the title line.
