Kat gave me a great haircut and was nice until she recalled I had a Groupon. The Groupon was for 2 haircuts. She refused to honor it for the 2nd cut, saying it wasn't worth hiring a babysitter for Groupons. I was able to get a refund from Groupon for the 2nd cut.
