Well, prices have gone up but you can still usually find whatever you're looking for & pay less than you would at the store. The store is usually in order & has good lighting. No changing rooms, unfortunately though they do accept returns for most items. Returns will be given as in-store credit though, not cash back.

Selections galore! The store was clean. Fitting rooms were nonexistent . Check out was a breeze. My coupon was accepted as the clerk learned how to process an exchange+purchase that was in excess of our return's value. He remained pleasant all through the process. Great customer service.

They're donation hours start at 9 am. 6 days a week .I think 10 on sundays. Not exactly sure about closing. I think it's 6 pm. Sometimes they have to close the donation center due to being overstocked
They are open now and accepting donations until 5:00 pm.
The one in Holiday was accepting donations still the last time I was there. But I might call ahead before driving there just in case.

actually some day they send out mailers detailing when they will pick up items. The mailets are few and far between. try Facebook Marketplace for low to free listing price,also.
The Redwood Road about.3500 South , has a drive up donation around back. They will give you a 20% off coupon if you donate a bag full of things. They will also unload, if you need help. I am not that familiar with the other locations.
They are open Monday through Saturday tool 9 and Sunday till 7. You should be able to leave stuff til they close.
They have had unfinished wood pieces you can paint and decorate. Some are holiday themed, or kits that kids can do
