The curly hair lady working there is so rude, I just asked if they accept Venmo and she told me we don’t give anything for free. I never asked for free stuff. Please educate your staff. Update: I went again and another nice blond lady helped me and told me I don’t have to worry for paying for the $1.00 bag. At least one of them is a good person.

Not very professional.....and try to overcharge you on some service. I was trying to print some document, and they charged me for using the computer there, which I used the one with no signs saying you will be charged. And they were like "it is just a few dollars" Come on! Even a few dollars?? It's not about the money! I do not recommend this UPS store at all....

Came here late in the day with lots of packages. The worker was SUPER helpful and very patient. Didn’t quite catch the workers name, but it was something along the lines of Sharitina. She was so friendly and we had a great experience here.
